Content: The school educational discussion was formed among other things by force-oriented topics in the past few years. This study considers in particular a partial aspect of this debate: the bullying at a vocational school for economics and administration.

Data was raised from fulltime and part time students at a professional training school in Lower Saxony based on a theory part and a standard questionnaire supplemented by interviews with pupils and teachers concerned. Here the center of attention is the question whether a difficult job market situation has already effects on the incidence of bullying among pupils and to which extent differences are to be determined between full time and part time students. It proved that bullying is present in both systems.

The study supplies information to the present background of bullying and chicaneries apart from the statements of possible causes, frequencies, and consequences of bullying.

Moreover, the investigation points out solutions and conceivable educational recommendations for action both for schools and the individual. The obtained results are regarded in this study under different aspects.
